In regard to the declared state of emergency in the Republic of Bulgaria with an Order of the National Assembly (published in the National Journal, № 22 from 13th of March 2020) and implementing received instructions of the Council of Ministers № 03-00-64/13.03.2020, as well as the measures to halt the spread of corona virus, including the restrictions for the organization of events and international travels, the Programme Operator of the Cultural Entrepreneurship, Heritage and Cooperation Programme funded by the FM of the EEA 2014-2021, is required to suspend the admission and examination of applications for study visits of cultural operators from Bulgaria, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway under the Bilateral Fund programme level.
